Hi everbody. I need to calculate the inductors for synchronous retification (doubler current) ,I tried various calculations, but inductors are heating up. I appreciate any help.

Full bridge ( hard switch, fisrt) Vin 240 Vac Vout 60Vdc Iout 43A Frequency 70Khz
What is the wire size, type of core, have you consider current density, winding method, and location of choke in power supply (force cooling)?

You have to calculate correctly the inductors and to pay attention to the fact that the ripple current in every inductor is double, so you can reach satturation or higher losses.

Orcino, Usually when I've seen inductors which are too hot, it is due to either incorrect core loss calculations and/or copper skin loss calculations. Have you investigated these possible causes.
