I Saw in the web that you had problem with ELBA products.
I have 2 pcs. of them with the same problem. Start to work after 30 seconds of switch on and some times with load the start time is too long.
Any information of this product or close it are welcome in order to repair it.

Message Elba was acquired in 1997 by Computer Products.
Computer Products merged with Zytec in 1997 to form Artesyn.

You can try to contact Artesyn for repairs or schematics.
If they no longer support the legacy products, you can try to contact US Technologies (www.ustechnologies.com). They claim to be able to repair any power supply.
