      <description>HI,

I just came across this site. Not sure if anybody can give me their personal opinion. Presently I am employed, I have 18+ years of power supply design experience. Commercial AC-DC and DC-DC. upto 3kW. Both conventional and resonant. At my homde I have an well equipped power electronics lab, starting from an AC Source, everthing except a spectrum analazer. Can add tha

      <link>http://www.gotopower.net/disc_viewt.asp?mid=37</link>
      <description>Hello

I have been tasked to design a power supply with a variable output of 22 to 28 Volts dc and a max current of 4 amps. Basically a 100 watt power supply.

Oh, the kicker is I have to derive this from a 480Vac 3 phase Industrial power source (factory).

I have contacted several of the big name vendors of chips and modules and basically got laughed at.

I have done

There are many articles on the Internet reporting, and providing work around solutions for an Internet Explorer "bug” described as "IE displays unnecessary horizontal scroll bar in frameset".

It looks that the "bug" appears only when a HTML file contains the DOCTYPE declaration for XHTML 1.0. So you either need to remove the DOCTYPE decl
